Bleeding The major hemodynamic factor of this mode is reduction of blood circulation volume, it leads to reduction of stroke blood volume and ventricular filling. The heartbeat frequency and peripheral vascular resistance grow (a compensatory reaction). The blood loss (more than 15%) causes drop of arterial pressure, and tissue hypoxia.
