The parameter is included in mathematical description of the dependence of diastolic right ventricular pressure PHR from blood volume VHR in it. For the building of our model we choose the function (22), so that heart work can reflect major autoregulation regularities and provide the resemblance of curves of intraventricular pressure. In the current model version the equation takes place:

The parameter is an approximation constant in the formula (60). It is not used for modelling of pathologic modes.
