Venous systemic base conductivity
The parameter describes the dependence of blood flow through tricupsid valve from the difference between pressure in inferior vena cava and right atrium and pressure in right ventricle. Its physical meaning – a value inverse to resistance of the blood flow in the specified part of vascular system. The prameter is included in mathematical description of a law of blood flow through vessels as a factor YVLHR in equations describing the blood flow through tricupsid valve:
where PVL - pressure in inferior vena cava and right atrium, PHR - pressure in right ventricle. The parameter is used for modelling of pathologic mode “tricupsid valve stenosis”. Its main characteristic is a reduction of conductivity parameter in comparison with its normal value. The regurgitation factor in tricupsid valve rVLHR is used for modelling of pathologic mode "tricupsid heart disease".
