The extension of baroreceptor sensitivity threshold leads to the increase of arterial pressure and heartbeat and can be one of the factors for the occurence of arterial hypertension and other pathologic conditions, accompanied by hyperfunctioning of blood circulation system. The incease of baroreceptor sensitivity threshold leads to the adverse effect. The increase of the parameter value is one of the ways for modelling of pathologic condition "baroreceptor blockade".
