The parameter is included in mathematical description of nonlinear generator of formal neuron in the cardiac center:

It can be interpreted as a signal rate through the axon of formal neuron in the cardiac center. The parameter characterizes an accommodation capability of cardiac center. It does not influence on the main hemodynamic characteristics. The value of this parameter influences only on high-speed transient processes, that take place during several cardiac cycles. The parameter is not used for modelling of pathologic modes.
