The panel of modelling modes allows user to model some functional modes of blood circulation system from the standard set including the most widespread pathologies. The modelling modes are grouped in tree structure with two main branches: pathologies and parametrical modes, structural modes.

The panel of mode control

To choose one of the modelling modes, tick off the necessary checkbox and change the values of numerical parameters in the bottom of the panel. Usually these parameters are: a pathology severity in standard units from 0 to 100 and a time of pathology development in seconds.

The panel contains the following set of actions.

Actions user

The action "Apply new parameters" actualize user-changed modes. The action "Default mode settings". By this action you change all the numerical mode parameters to their values chosen by default. The action "Clear modes" is intended for the deselection of all mode ticks. After executing all model parameters return to the reset state, that was before the start of modelling. The action "Default web page" is intended for the load of root commentary page. The action "Show web page" turns on/off the mode of Help page display in the right half of the modelling page.
