PSMProjects Management base training
Offered training depending on wishes of the customer can proceed from 3 till 5 days. Training allows participants to generate the skills necessary for construction and execution of the realistic and valuable design schedule. Participants will learn to harmonize managerial processes by " threefold limitation of the project " on data domain, the budget and time with other imperatives, such, as quality, risks and satisfaction of the interested participants. Possibility to master processes of construction of the strong command and objective watching of execution of the project also will be presented group of trainees. About 70 % of time of training it is devoted to consideration of examples of real projects and practical training. Fulfilling exercises of course, participants will work in structure of the command on compilation of the one-page document defining data domain, compilation of structural decomposition of operations and estimations of risk, and also construction of the network diagram of real projects. Depending on concrete wishes of the customer, training can be oriented in the practical part to the real projects fulfilled by design managers of the company, or on operation with the standard practical example of the project offered by advisers. Depending on needs of companies-customers for toolkit of design handle at present time, the program of training can especially select area of handle (in a case of interest in implementation of projects of strategic conversions) or to be focused by changes on skills and approaches to handle of projects in design-oriented company.
