Planning and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Network Infrastructure


The task of this five-day course - to provide students with knowledge and skills in planning and support of a network infrastructure of Windows Server 2003. It is the fifth course in a cycle of preparation of system engineers on Windows Server 2003

After learning course you can:
- To plan networks on the basis of a stack of TCP/IP protocols at a physical and logical level
- To plan and resolve problems in the strategy of routing
- To plan and resolve problems in the strategy of connection to the Internet
- To plan the strategy of implementation DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol)
- To optimize and diagnose DHCP service
- To select a method of permission of names
- To plan, optimize and diagnose DNS service
- To plan and optimize operation of WINS service
- To realize remote access
- To resolve problems with remote access
- To plan, optimize and diagnose IPSec service
- To plan monitoring network traffic and information management

Necessary preparation:
Before passing of course the student should pass course M2277 or to have equivalent knowledge and skills.
