Necessary preparation:
Training on courses M2154 and M1560 or an operational experience in Microsoft Windows 2000. Practical knowledge of network technologies, switching TCP/IP, DNS, IIS. Practical knowledge of protocols of the Internet, switching POP3, IMAP4, SMTP, HTTP, NNTP. The knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 5.5 is desirable.
