Understanding of main principles of programming (especially scripting languages, for example, Microsoft Visual Basic Scripting Edition or Microsoft Jscript). Understanding of base concepts of designing, administration and implementation of a DBMS. Knowledge of English language for perusal of methodical manuals and executions of practical jobs.
