This course is intended for the experts, wishing to gain skills of planning, implantation and service of repositories with usage of a client-server platform of Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 the Program of course: - Introduction in repositories - Designing of repositories - Filling of repositories - Creation of cubes - the Analysis of cubes of the data with usage of clients - Usage MDX - Construction OLAP of clients - Construction of applications with usage of Microsoft English Query - Maintenance of repositories in Microsoft SQL Server - Handle of repositories in Microsoft SQL Server Necessary preparation: Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 7.0. Training on courses M832 and M833 or presence of equivalent skills. Knowledge Transact-SQL, used in systems OLTP. Understanding of main principles of programming (especially scripting languages, for example, Microsoft Visual Basic Scripting Edition or Microsoft Jscript). Understanding of base concepts of designing, administration and implementation of a DBMS. Knowledge of English language for perusal of methodical manuals and executions of practical jobs.
