IN846System Administration: Informix Dynamic Server 2000 (UNIX)
This course is intended for system administrators of database servers Informix Dynamic Server and Informix Dynamic Server 2000. In this course you will gain the skills necessary for successful administration of one and more database servers. You study how to make necessary customizations and to initialize a copy (instance) a database server, to customize and debug link of the client with a server, to control usage of memory and a disk space, to plan and carry out tasks on service of system, to customize a server, achieving optimal productivity for systems with transaction processing (OLTP-environment) or decision support systems (OLAP-environment).
