Capillary pulmonary base conductivity
The parameter describes the dependence of blood flow through pulmonary capillaries from the difference between arterial pulmonary pressure and venous pulmonary pressure. Its physical meaning – a value inverse to resistance of the blood flow in the specified part of vascular system. The parameter is included in mathematical description of a law of blood flow through vessels as a factor YARVR in equations describing the capillary pulmonary blood flow:
where PAR - arterial pulmonary pressure, PVR - venous pulmonary pressure. The parameter is used for modelling of pathologic modes connected, for example, with the effect of vasospasm of peripheral vessels.
